Description
When city installed new sidewalk, they created the edge toward my steep downward sloping driveway to be too high. I now can't enter my driveway with my car as the underside gets hung up on the elevated sidewalk edge.
Edge of sidewalk needs to be ground down substantially to allow entry for my car.

I consulted with the construction company that is currently replacing the sidewalk on Woodbridge Ave, between Alston and McKinley about my issue. I asked if the sidewalk was done correctly and they said the sidewalk at the driveway entry needs to be repitched. The pitch is preventing appropriate entry without scraping the underside of my car.
I would like to speak with whomever 'inspected' this sidewalk to hear their story and ask what their credentials are to evaluate the current construction please. We clearly have 2 opinions about this and the one I heard was from a company who specializes in this. Please contact me, department of Public Works. Thanks.
