Public Works concluded that the shelter did not belong to Metro Transit. Krista (building manager) at the Human Services building was contacted and their maintenance crew had cut the wires down flush at one time. They think someone must have pulled them up looking for copper, the shelter has been gone for about 4 years. They are going to cut them and try to plug the hole with something.
