Step 1: Log in to SeeClickFix through the website (www.seeclickfix.com)
Step 2: User should click their name in the menu in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: From the drop-down menu that will appear user should select "Preferences".
Step 4: On the next screen under "General Preferences" user can type in their desired name in the "Display Name" field.
Step 5: Once user presses "save" this change will be reflected.
