Large oak tree between 4524 and 4526 East seminary is completely covering the street light at this location. This was reported along with request to cut hanging and dead limbs from 6/16 storm. Davy Tree came 7/7 cut some but not all dead and damaged limbs and did nothing around the street light. This light blockage was originally reported last year. Can we please get this rectified properly
