Description

Every year the city of Coon Rapids plows all of the snow from our cul-de-sac into our mailbox. We spend hours trying to dig it out in order for us to get our mail. We receive notices from the mailman saying it's not clear enough, but I think the city needs to take some responsibility for this as well. These pictures are after an hour of shoveling. What if we weren't young and able to shovel like this? Some of our neighbors are elderly and can't be doing the shoveling that we can how are they supposed to get their mail? However it seems like our mailbox is the only one affected in the cul-de-sac every year , year after year. Incredibly frustrating needs to stop. We understand the city needs to plow the streets clear, but please be more aware of where you're piling all of the snow and maybe spread it out a little bit more around the cul-de-sac.
