Description

Problem with traffic light at Davis Street & Whalley Avenue. When approaching Whalley from Davis, light often does not sense a car waiting at Davis and never changes to stop traffic along Whalley Ave, forcing vehicles to make an illegal / dangerous turn on Whalley.
